OCR Geog A: People of the UK workb'k

This is a 23 page workbook of activities written to deliver the whole of the ‘People of the UK’ unit of work for the OCR A specification. It covers (1) UK Trade: (2) Diversity in the UK: (3) UK North / South divide: (4) Urbanisation and zones of the city: (5) A case on Birmingham, focusing on characteristics, culture, challenges and city rebranding (economic growth): (6) UK population change: (7) Ageing population: (8) International migration into the UK. It is based on the Hodder OCR A textbook (although additional resources are included in the booklet to support) and requires students to complete mind maps, tables, questions, exam questions and diagrams. The booklet has been planned and designed to take 18-22 lesson hours.
