This is a fully differentiated, fifteen slide lesson looking at key scenes within act four of the play Othello. The lesson looks at the development of the character of Emilia and her role within the play as Othello’s marriage breaks down. The lesson looks at key extracts within the play and helps learners to break them down to gain a deeper comprehension of the play and the characters.
The lesson has many opportunities for AFL and includes a model response. The lesson has been designed to be taught both online and face-to-face and requires no additional printing or source material.
