Paris je t'adore (1) Studio 2 Vert Module 2 Unit 1 (Monuments introduction)

This resource is a cultural introduction to Paris and its monuments. It is aimed for a year 8 group. It is based on the 'studio 2 vert' textbook (as I use the 'on peut'+ infinitive structure rather than past tense) but could also be suitable for students following the 'studio 2 rouge' textbook.

Module 2 Paris Je t'adore- Unit 1 'Paris touristique'

Objectives: *to recognise monuments in Paris *to be familiar with some activities in Paris
This resource includes:

-a powerpoint (main lesson/activities)
-a detailed lesson plan as guidance.

The powerpoint includes:

- Nice video to introduce monuments and start discussion about Paris
- Picture to locate Paris
-Opinion about video task
- Monuments match up (Pictures and descriptions in French)
- Monuments presentation (repetition)
-Introduction of ' on peut'+ infinitive
-Listening from studio vert 3 to introduce the activities with 'on peut'
-Plenary activity

Lesson plan is a guidance on how to use the powerpoint and its activities.
