Past Tense Lesson Plan and Worksheets (3 levels of difficulty)

A lesson plan and worksheets differentiated to 3 levels on writing in the past tense.

A zipped folder containing a PDF version and an editable version of each file:

- a brief lesson plan on writing in the past tense
- worksheets with the following differentiation (part of which can be seen in the preview):
Lower ability - verbs to be corrected highlighted in red, with correct past tense replacements given
Middle ability - as above, but correct tense replacements not given
Higher ability - plain text with the incorrect verbs not highlighted
- a corrected version (which can be seen in the preview)

The text is the story of the Frog Prince, with the verbs in the wrong tense.

This lesson is best taught with computers or laptops, but can be completed on paper too.

Please ignore the file ending in (preview for TES), as this file has only been uploaded to generate a preview image for the resources.
