Athletics - How To Measure Throwing Events (Discus / Javelin / Shot Put) - is a set of three help cards (JPEGS) that I produced using SMART Notebook in order to help colleagues / students measure their throws accurately. The cards can also be exported in other file formats if required, using the attached SMART Notebook file. The help cards have been used in schools and annually at our District Schools’ Athletics Championship.
