Persuasive writing task: Sell a holiday

This resource is a power point lesson and then homework task all about persuasive writing, it is designed for higher ks2 learners (10-11) year olds, the lesson involves a basic understanding of what persuasive writing is and the vocabulary we need to use, video links to explanations and an example of the desired final product (with mistakes in it to provide students an opportunity to engage with the style and mark someone else’s work). The lesson also gives an insight into Ecuador and provides students with the opportunity to learn about another country and culture.
