• Phonetic Alphabet cards that are matched with images that begin with each letter.
• The images are carefully selected to support the sound phonetic of each letter.
• In accordance with the Montessori principle of isolation, which stipulates that only the concept being taught should be isolated, the backgrounds are white wherever possible.
• Also in accordance with Montessori philosophy, images are reality based, no clip art is used.
• The consonants are in pink and the vowels are in blue.
• The letter cards have visual cues to aid the child in orientating the cards so that the letters are the right way up.
• This product includes 3 versions with different fonts. Simply print the pages with the most suitable font for your environment.
• For a variation on matching, print two sets of the cards and use them as a memory game.
