Place Value Mega Bundle (Year 4, 5 and 6)

Included in this resource is a whole unit on place value for Year 4, 5 and 6.

Each year group has fully resourced lessons including PowerPoints, activities and challenges. The Year 4 bundle has 25 lessons in, the Year 5 bundle has 15 lessons in and the Year 6 has 10 lessons in, providing 50 place value lessons with progression through the year groups.

Most lessons come as double lessons. Most lessons come in double lessons. Each double lesson includes a double lesson PowerPoint that includes an arithmetic starter for every lesson, key vocabulary, modelling, discussion and practice before moving onto an independent activity and challenge tasks that stretch over the two lessons. Answer sheets are included for all independent activities and challenge tasks (bar the Year 6 challenge tasks which are organised differently). Any single lessons have all the same features but only has a single lesson PowerPoint.

Rounding - This goes from rounding to the nearest 10 right up to rounding to the nearest million;
Place Value of digits - Identifying the value of different numbers from 3-digit to 7-digit;
Partitioning numbers;
Comparing numbers;
Ordering numbers;
Roman Numerals;
Negative Numbers;
Counting forwards and backwards.
