Private Peaceful full term SOW + resources mixed ability

Used with a year 7 mixed ability group to build writing skills. Contains a mixture of creative writing tasks both fiction (character/ setting) and non-fiction (newspaper/ letters) inspired by the text. Also includes creative tasks such as building models of the trenches and poetry writing. Tasks are differentiated by 'core/ challenge/ super challenge' and most include sentence starters/ writing frames, vocabulary and extension tasks.
Levels included 4-8 (AWOL) so should be suitable for other mixed ability and easily adapted for sets. All resources are included at the end of each lesson within the slides.
