Love the happy smiley faces! I adapted mine by adding 2 more columns to the final table to include how many edges and how many vertices each shape has.

A very useful resource to use with UKS1 or LKS2 children. The resource allows children to think about shape and use the correct vocabulary. Great resource for visual learners. Thanks for sharing.
