Tracking sheet. Uses excel and any data you want to type in - target, prior tests, previous year's exam. Then prints a bar chart for each child's exercise book. I print them at the start of the year with prior data, then students shade them in as they go.
When a new sheet is required (new book etc) I print off a new version, with the most up to date data.
Students can say what standard they are at, what their targets are and how they are getting along.
