Recycled Blooming Earth Day Bottle

Students will be able to recognize the ecological impact of Earth Day by participating in constructing an art project to symbolize the earth made from recycled materials and therefore re purposing these items and giving them new life. A flower will grow from the earth to illustrate that the more we help conserve the earth, the more plants will be able to grow to sustain wildlife and the ecosystem. The students will recognize and write ways that they take action to help save our earth. A learning objective, subject summary and application in real life, materials needed for each student and the step by step directions needed to create this lesson are all detailed in each of my lesson plans.
