In this Fair Enterprise challenge students work together to plan and operate a school shop selling Fairtrade food products, to raise money that can be split between the school and communities in the developing world.
Working co-operatively in small teams, students plan a range of stock to sell, which can be any combination of bought-in Fairtrade products and their own snacks made from ingredients that include Fairtrade products like cocoa, bananas, and blueberries.
