Pair/group work. One reads through the sheet, choosing one option from each bubble. When finished - partner has to read back choosing correct remembered option - points for each correct answer. Then swap over, then choose a different partner. This technique commits well to memory.

I think this is a fabulous idea. Not only does it give pupils the chance to memorise more vocabulary but also to practise their speaking and listening skills at the same time.
