A few mistakes, as Virginia Ford corrected, we don't say "On n'a pas le droit à pas parler à haute voix" but " On a pas le droit de parler à haute voix". And also, "La règle contre le fumer" litteraly means "the rule against the to smoke", the correct ways would be "La règle contre la cigarette" or "L'interdiction de fumer"/ "La règle qui interdit de fumer."
