For KS3, but easily adapted for KS4. Works for a physics/generic graph skills lesson. Starter: distribute graphs around room so students can discuss them in small groups. It's handy to have 'Graphs' powerpoint open, so everyone can see the graph being discussed when graphs get shared with everyone. Some graphs are more complicated than others, differentiate at your discretion. The rest is self explanatory. At end, before swapping graphs, get group to come up with mark scheme on board - what should all graphs have etc Swap graphs and mark each others’ with this.

Seems OK apart from the graph which includes porn, sex and boobs on slide 5 of the 'graphs' powerpoint... don't think I'll use with my yr7s.
A good resource that I found useful. Some good exercises and checking skills.
