How to use this resource
Don’t your kids just love pointing out your “mistakes”?! Well in this Spring sentence wiring activity they get to do just that. This activity asks your kids to read and fix the sentence by adding in capital letters and the correct punctuation. Your class then get to demonstrate their reading comprehension by drawing a picture to show the sentence they have just fixed.
As there are 60 worksheets included in this sentence writing resource it is ideal to use with your entire class as you can ensure that each student gets a different worksheet to work on.
This Spring sentence structure resource is also perfect for using with smaller groups or as a Literacy Center. You can either laminate each worksheet or place it into a dry erase folder. Your kids then use dry erase markers to complete the activity and can then wipe it clean when finished. This means you can use this activity over and over again and your kids get lots of practise at fixing those sentences!
