Your report must be based on a single parent family. The parent is on a low income
and has English as an additional language. There is one child in the family who has
learning disabilities and autism.
Task 4 - ppt and checklist
Produce a report to show how health and social care professionals might the skills, attributes and values required when delivering care to an infant born with a
condition that causes physical impairments and learning disabilities.
Task 5 - ppt and checklist
Use the case study on Artur, provided in Appendix 1, to produce a report on how the
skills, attributes and values required of health and social care professionals can help him to overcome potential obstacles.
