This lesson focuses on the issues surrounding shark fin soup, there is a question sheet to accompany the Gordon Ramsey documentary on it (easily found on YouTube) following this there are two tasks both with mark schemes and set instruction;
making a poster
writing a letter to restaurants urging them to take it off their menu.
To teach everything in this lesson it should take 3-6 lessons depending on which tasks and the age/ ability of your class.
