Simple countdown clock in powerpoint. Counts down in minutes, plus 30 seconds at the end. Pretty cheap and cheerful, but as it does not involve downloading any .exe files from the network, it can run on any school network, regardless of the security settings and filters. If you CAN download an exe file, the internet timers available are far more wizzy!

Why did I never think of doing this ? This is perfect to pop on the whiteboard for my revision group doing a quick 10 minute test.... it's also easy to change the sounds, so adaptable for different groups. Thanks !
