• Excelling learners will be able to solve unfamiliar problems involving cross multiplication and linear equations.

Main: Walked through examples (3) followed by practice questions which can be displayed on the board. Worksheet provided for longer time to be spent on the first ‘half’ of the lesson. Harder questions then given with binomials on denominators either side of the equals sign followed, again, by practice questions which can be displayed on the board. All solutions given on PPT.
