SPANISH VERSION -"Your Personality Traits" - Growth Mindset Reflection Exercise

Understanding your personality traits can be really important in helping students understand who they are as well as their core beliefs and values. This resource will help students explore not only how they would describe themselves but will focus on their individual personality traits. For each personality trait students will be asked to reflect on how much that personality trait resonates with you by rating from 1-10.

Additionally, students will be asked to explore why they chose that particular rating, whether they are happy with that rating or whether they would like to change that. Exploring how they might like to change in that area is included should they personally feel that to be an area they would like to work on. This is a great growth mindset activity which can be used for years to come!

This resource explores the following personality traits: imagination, friendly, adventurous, reliable, fearless, loving/caring/compassionate, honest, creative, brave, funny, persistent, confident, enthusiastic, helpful, patient, loyal, fearful, humble, optimistic, social and more.
