Put students into groups. Give them all a list of specialised cells to research and learn about. Use the quiz afterwards. Ask students to nominate experts for each cell. Experts come to the front and take turns to answer questions, if they get one wrong they sit down back with their group. Points awarded for those that remain till the end or the longest.
