Specific Heat Capacity theory (ideal for non specialists) prior to required practical AQA GCSE

I am a non specialist, and I really struggled with SHC. I needed to plan my own lesson from the text book and break it down into simple steps. This lesson is all of the information on specific heat capacity in the AQA text book, building from first principles.
All of the questions asked in the powerpoint have the answers on the next slide.
It worked a treat with my high ability year 9s as a theory lesson prior to completing the required practical.
