Star of the Week Certificate and recording sheet

Simple recording sheet for the children's stars and a certificate for at the end of the week. I use this primarily based on effort with their work. They receive a star for effort and place a gold star next to their name when they have put a simple cross through the star in their book. At the end of the week, I count them up and the top three children with the most stars receive a prize along with a certificate. The highest is the top star of the week and takes a star trophy home for the weekend. I have had this class for the second year now and it is still going strong...
