It can be downloaded and printed, to be given to students as a workbook.

It contains:

Identifying learning styles.
Literacy strategies (finding, processing, and interpreting information).
Time management skills (making a study planner -template provided; concentration span and procrastination activity).
Goal setting (how to set SMART goals, a template is also provided).
Language features (what does describe, explain, discuss etc mean?- also sentence starters to help use these terms in context).
