Test Analysis for Year Group (Useful for KS Coordinators)

I’ve made this for my KS3 maths coordinator role.

I send out the blank template to teachers who fill in a question by question grid. It can automatically print out personalised colour coded (for each question) grids for each pupil as well as a comparison to their target.

For the teacher, it can provide data on how PP, SEN, EAL and G&T students are getting on in comparison to those in the class who are not in each group.

Teachers then send the information back to me and I copy the data into a master spreadsheet (year group summary). This provides me an in depth analysis for each class and allows me to compare the data and intervene wherever necessary. This is especially useful in terms of each group (PP, SEN, EAL and G&T).

When opening the file, you will need to ‘enable content’ for the spreadsheets to work.
