This lesson covers Chapters 3, 5 and 7 of ‘The Curious Incident of the Dog in the Night-time’ by Mark Haddon.
After completing a differentiated Do Now starter activity, children read the chapters indicated and complete a range of activities that test their understanding.
Children then complete a task that asks them to find evidence for a range of different inferences about Christopher’s character.
The lesson concludes with a true or false activity that tests pupils’ recollection of some of the lesson’s key ideas.
Suggested answers are provided for all tasks.
