Suitable for use in KS1 as a simple story example; an early comprehension exercise - and also for KS2 - as a tool for comprehension; descriptive, creative writing example, illustrating varied sentence structures, use of dialogue to progress story, variety of punctuation and figurative language.
There are some straightforward questions at the end of the powerpoint for use if needed.
