The students will celebrate the Asian/Pacific American heritage month of May by constructing a tiered traditional pagoda out of a paper bag and decorate and create the windows, doors and lanterns that will hang from the sides of the top tier. A learning objective, subject summary and application in real life, materials needed for each student and the step by step directions needed to create this lesson are all detailed in each of my lesson plans.
