Whole School Foundation Subject Assessment Tracker Spreadsheet Primary KS1 KS2

A simple spreadsheet to allow teachers and subject leaders to keep track of their assessment for each pupil in each subject for the whole year.

The spreadsheet allows teachers / subject leaders to insert the NC objectives from each term’s plans.

There is space for subject leaders to insert details about how to assess each their subject (Great for when new staff join!)

There is also space for teachers to make notes about pupils in their class throughout the year, highlighting individual achievements, which can then help with end of year report writing.

It includes a sheet for each foundation subject: Art, Music, DT, Geography, History, PSHE/RSHE, P.E., R.E., MFL & Computing.

It’s nothing fancy, but can be edited for your school’s needs!
