This booklet compliments the practical element of unit 1 of the WJEC / EDUQAS GCSE PE curriculum and I am currently using it with my year 9’s. The booklet has supported approximately 24 x 50 minute lessons covering 2 terms.

Most of the material and wording has been lifted straight from Ross Howitt’s ‘WJEC / EDUQAS GCSE PE revision notes’ textbook published by Hodder Education 2018. The fitness testing norms were found on Brianmac.co.uk
