This resource is for young children learning how to write, or children who are struggling to maintain the size and shape of their letters while writing.
With your download you will find three printable pdf files:
• The “**Learn to Write Worksheet (printable)**”
▪ which contains 4 sheets containing the full 26 characters of the alphabet split into repetitive hand movement groups.
• The ”**Learn to Write Worksheet (printable BLANK SCAFFOLD)**”
▪ which contains a single sheet designed with the scaffolding to assist children
with forming their written letters.
• The “Blank Scaffold without Bubbles”
▪ which only contains the dark black and faint grey lines to assist students to bridge into writing without the bubble scaffold but still gives them the faint grey lines to help them moderate the height of their letters.
The blank scaffold with and without bubbles can be printed double sided to assist children with their hand writing as they are doing English activities.
Students can be instructed to leave either a single or double bubble space between words to help with spacing their words apart in sentences.
The recommended order for students to complete the letters for optimal muscle development is:

- the Curly Letters page
- the Bouncing Ball Letters page
- the Zig-Zag Letters page
The pages have been split up into similar hand motions so that the repetition helps students master their hand writing.
