This is set 8 in the series of activities to practise the spellings of Year 3 and 4 Common Exception Words. The activities in this set are based on the 10 words of the list - popular, position, possess(ion), possible, potatoes, pressure, probably, promise, purpose, quarter.
The activities are the same as in set 3 and tailored to the new set of words. They include :
page 1 - mini word lists
page 2 - Look, Say, Cover, Write, Check activity
page 3 - Dial a word activity
pages 4 - 8 - Word flash cards (2 per page of A4)
pages 9-10 - Word search activity (with answers)
page 11 - Silly sentences activity
page 12 - Word shapes activity
page 13 - credits
More sets will appear shortly. Each will include at least 5 spelling activities, plus mini word lists and flash cards. These will later be combined into a bundle.
