This resource has** 20 innovative workouts** designed to engage students in Physical Activity, PE and exercise. I used this during Lockdown, with students really enjoying the workouts. All workouts can be performed at home or in school.
Could also be used as part of a Fitness Unit on returning back to school.

The assembly discusses the life of Dynamo and how he started from nothing and worked his to where he is now. In fact, students don’t realise it is about Dynamo until near the end of the presentation!
