Eight hours of lessons for KS4 PSHE ‘Living in the Wider World’. These lessons are all three way differentiated for every task, editable and follow exact PSHE Association guidelines for KS4 topics and content. These are ideal for teams of non-specialists as every lesson contains information packs, so no previous knowledge is needed. You can just pick them up and teach them. There is a good mix of different activities from lesson to lesson, a heavy focus on literacy throughout and all the clips have three levels of challenge in their accompanying worksheets too.
This pack contains the following lessons which are all standalone and can be used in the order of your choice
How can we apply different revision and study skills to succeed in exams?
How we apply to college and university? What’s life there like?
Is anti-social behaviour on the increase and how does this affect us?
What is fake news? How can we tell what is real or fake? - Critical thinking skills focus (2 hours)
How can we start to live independently and set up home on our own or with friends?
What is cyber crime and cyber fraud? How can we avoid being victims?
What is the dark web? Is it actually dangerous and what do I need to know?
