This lesson focuses on how digital democracy, social media and other measures are being developed as a means to improve voter engagement and political participation. It investigates the pros and cons of this in detail. The lesson includes a detailed PowerPoint, information packs, differentiated activity worksheets, differentiated challenge activities, exam questions with peer assessment markscheme and clips tasks. This could also be used with other exam boards as much of the same content is covered, but it was made for Edexcel specifically.
