These 14 work sheets cover the following part of the F215 OCR Biology A2 syllabus. The sheets can be used as starters, plenary at the end of the unit or for revision purposes. The sheets cover the following: Biofermenter structure and uses Batch and continuous processes Primary and Secondary metabolites (Insulin and penicillin included) Typical microorganism growth curve with diagrams and students to fill in phases. Finishes with enzymes and enzyme immobilisation techniques. Artificial selection (modern cow and modern wheat) Cloning in animals and plants (runners, root suckers (elm trees), bulbs, tubers, cuttings, grafting, tissue culture, finishing with reproductive and non-reproductive cloning of animals (nuclear transfer / embryo splitting) I used this with some struggling students and they loved them. These 9 worksheets are made for revision, starters, plenary or home works. I have used them as class activities where an able student helps the understanding of a struggling student. They work well and are good for revision cards in students notes. Can be used as A4 or A3. There are 7 worksheets for digestion and absorption, covering key scientific ideas. There are 2 ELISA sheets which can be used apart or together.

These quick revision sheets can be used as class activities, revision tools, home works, starters or as a plenary. The sheets include describing blood vessels, labelling the heart, explaining the cardiac cycle and the pressure/ volume graph.
