Parts of a tree flip out booklet
A visually pleasing and engaging resource to teach or revise the main parts of a tree. Children to cut along the lines of the first sheet and stick this on top of the lined sheet. These can then be folded out with space to write underneath about the given tree parts. Once finished children will have a flip out booklet!

Phase 2 and Phase 3 Tricky Word Dragons (Chinese New Year)
Children place their fingers at the dragon’s tail and follow the long winding body until they reach a word. Can they read all the tricky words on the dragon? CVC Word letters (Post office role play and topic)
Letters with different CVC words on for children to read. 40 words included! I printed and laminated mine and put them in the post office role play so that when the children had read the word correctly, they could go and post their letter in a role play post box! In other lessons I have also printed them and asked the children to draw a picture of the word on the back of the letter.
