You will get 6 lesson plans that focus on the basic skills of tennis, such as forehand/backhand/volley/serve. There will be some task cards that you print out and use as reciprocal teaching. These are lesson plans for year 7 mixed group who enjoy tag rugby. Due to only having a futsal pitch, I only do games up to 6 v 6. The lessons cover passing, receiving, tactics, attacking/defending. Learning Objectives
1.2.1 Knowledge, understanding and application of the anatomy and physiology of the cardiovascular, circulatory and respiratory systems in physical activity. Understanding of how they function individually and in conjunction with each other.
1.2.2 The structure and function of the respiratory system to include the larynx, pharynx, trachea, bronchus, bronchiole, alveoli.
1.2.3 The physiology of the respiratory system as a mechanical process of ventilation (inspiration and expiration). The cause and effect process, including the role of pressure gradients, partial pressure (pp) and diffusion.
1.2.4 Respiratory values and capacities: tidal volume, inspiratory reserve volume, expiratory reserve volume, residual volume, vital capacity, inspiratory capacity, functional residual capacity, total lung capacity.

You will get 8 lesson plans for year 7, covering passing, shooting, receiving, footwork, tactics, defending and attacking.

• Describe aerodynamics and hydrodynamics to appropriate sports contexts.
• Discuss factors affecting fluid friction and air resistance: velocity, drag force, mass, streamlining and surface
• Describe the types of spin: topspin, backspin, and sidespin. Magnus effect and how they impact on flight path and bounce.
• Analyse fluid mechanics and how it has influenced technological advancements in technique modification, clothing/suits, equipment/apparatus.
The lesson plans consists of 10 week schedule covering the following disciplines:
