This resource provides a crossword activity in which students identify key vocabulary that could be related to the key character featured. It also features a challenge task for students to consider which word best applies to the character. Each document features both the empty and completed crossword for teacher reference.
This would be ideal as a starter and is great for expanding students’ vocabulary, supporting them in clearly articulating their response to the task/text (AQA AO1).
