The generic layout of the lesson is teaching content, followed by quick tasks, followed by exam application questions and mark schemes already on the PPT to allow self-assessment, then repeat. There is also an essay task included - rather than the original 25 marks, the essay is assessed out of 19 marks focusing on subject content and written communication - an excellent opportunity for the students to gather their thoughts and apply their understanding of regulating water content.
