Planned to be delivered to students studying the AQA Specification A, but easily adapted for other exam boards. I have planned all content to be delivered during an intensive Easter School session, in which the aim is for students to understand the main content of the exam. There is a revision checklist, and some exam answer structure support included at the end of the powerpoint. Also suitable for a school VLE.

Planned for 9-1 New Specification This lesson looks at how life chances can be affected by different types of inequalities.

Planned for the new 9-1 AQA specification. This lesson is priced low as it is mainly a research task lesson. Students begin with the usual knowledge retention quiz, followed by a key terms match up to provide them with the basic keywords for this area. Students then complete a research task which has a challenge activity built into it. The aim is to give students 2 lessons and homework to complete this. The unit so far is very writing heavy so i like to build in some independent activities. Hence the low price of the resource.

BTEC National Level 3 Unit 1 Exam This lesson covers Gesell’s maturation theory, Bandura’s Social Learning Theory and the Stress-diathesis model.

BTEC National Unit 1 Level 3 Looking at housing conditions and how this can impact PIES. There is an hour documentary and worksheet at the end of the lesson which is optional.

BTEC National Unit 1 Level 3 This lesson looks at how income can impact a persons development. There is teacher input with regards to absolute and relative poverty, considering how redundancy can impact a person’s wellbeing and looking at social class. The lesson finishes with a 6 and a 10 mark exam question, with modelled answers for peer reviewing. This lesson was taught in a 100 minute lesson, so may provide enough content for 2 lessons if your periods are shorter than mine.

BTEC National Level 3 Unit 1 Exam This lesson gives an overview of genetic predisposition and susceptibility. It also looks at pregnancy impacting fetal development and alcohol fetal syndrome. Students are then put into groups to research genetic conditions and feedback as a class.

GCSE Sociology 9-1 Specification A Complete unit of lessons and 2 assessments aimed at the AQA Specification for the GCSE unit Education. This bundle would be suitable for other exam boards. Level 1/2 Technical Award in Child Development and Care in the Early Years New for teaching in September 2022 (NCFE/CACHE Childcare) Included in this bundle is everything needed to deliver Content Area 4: Early Years Provision, of the new specification -4.1-4.4 This is a much smaller content area, and I know elements of this are taught elsewhere in the course, however I wanted to provide something for CA4 for the students. 4x lessons (2 are IT based) 1x scheme of work

Equality and Inclusion uses 2 long clips. 1 is 20 minutes long, the other is 60 minutes. These can be taken out if you need to save time. I decided to refresh it and update it.
