BIDMAS / BODMAS - 12 SETS OF WORKSHEETS (WITH ANSWERS)

(0)
BIDMAS is a helpful acronym what reminds children (and adults!) what order to complete operations in, when faced with a complicated sum. BIDMAS stands for brackets, indices, division, multiplication, addition, and subtraction. Sometimes, the order of operations will make a big impact on the final answer, so it’s a great idea to have a standardised order to work through. This way, you know everyone will get the same answer every time. You might also hear BIDMAS referred to as BODMAS. Different people in different places have slightly different names for the order of operations, but they mean the same thing. In BODMAS, the O stands for ‘order’ instead of ‘indices’. These terms can be used interchangeably. Attached is a BIDMAS teaching video + 12 fully editable sets of worksheets (with answers). Set 1 Worksheets: 3 beginner level worksheets Set 2 Worksheets: 3 intermediate level worksheets Set 3 Worksheets: 3 harder level worksheets Set 4 Worksheets: 3 advanced level worksheets
