Pokemon GO mania is sweeping the nation, and kids everywhere are running around outside, catching Pokemon. Why not use math to catch some monsters in the classroom? With Monster Catching Math, your students can use their math skills to “catch” a variety of different, silly monsters, each with its own personality.
Students will "catch" the monsters by solving the problems in each scene, and pasting the monster that has the corresponding answer to each problem in the correct spot. There are also monster information cards that your students can collect featuring information about each monster in the series, and a page of writing prompts for an added activity and classroom discussion after your students have captured their monsters.
