Outlines for geography marking to speed up feedback & make it manageable. These can be used for a variety of tasks. They are much easier for pupils to read and save repeating the same comments on numerous pieces of work.
An information sheet linked to the impacts that humans have upon glacial/ski resort areas. Sheet can be given to pupils and used to create a booklet, mindmap, storyboard or to answer questions. It is great for independent learning.

This is a great task that asks students: What would we do if an asteroid was going to hit the earth?
It looks at the countries that would be effected, which involves some mapping & maths work.
It then goes on to looking at what the earths options would be. They choose what to do.
Finally pupils look at who they would choose to save.
