This resource has been created to help students structure a piece of descriptive writing. This lesson follows AQA GCSE English Language: Paper 1 assessment outcomes. The resource covers AO5 and AO6 in relation to descriptive writing. This lesson introduces learners to the inside outside technique and how it can improve their pieces of descriptive writing. This resource was created for learners with a target grade of a grade 4, however this can be stretched to suit an individual with a higher target grade. Prompts are provided within this resource.
