6 complete lessons. Perfect for introducing Mindfulness. Resources included. These were designed on Google Slides but also work on Microsoft ppt. (dependent on your Windows there may be some formatting changes) Can be used in class or as an interactive lesson/resource for WFH. Delete or change the Bitmoji. Excellent for stimulaing conversation, becoming more emotionally articulate (I usually discuss where we are on the emotional wheel and why at the beginning of each class) For online, I recommend linking (using hyperlink) the resources to the ppt to your drive. All video resources can be found on Youtube.
