I am an EYFS/KS1 teacher. I primarily love creating maths and phonics resources to share but if I create something which I feel others would find useful, I add these too.

We use these phonics busy books for children who have finished their phonics task and are waiting for other children to finish. As the activities develop, it provides some great phonics evidence too and shows what the children can complete independently. Phonics Busy Book Term 1 includes sounds s, a, t, i, p, n, m, and d. Children can practise the formation of these sounds as well as general writing patterns. Children will also be able to start to read and write labels. Tricky words I and the are introduced.

This is a resource I use for ‘Early Morning Work’ after teaching the digraphs. It enables the children to practise writing digraphs, spelling words which contain digraphs and applying them in a sentence.
