These 36 resources are based on the Collins maths scheme, but are easily transferable to any week’s learning as they are based on new expectations for each group. Children stick these into their books at the start of the week’s learning journey and record at the end. I have chosen smiley faces as a sad, mixed and smiley can be too negative. I would suggest ways in which they can be used, though there will be more: 1. Either as a traffic light system, with children colouring them red, amber or green depending on how they see their progress, or 2. By adding hairs to the faces – 1 for not achieved, 2 for nearly and 3 for achieved. I have created the 36 lists for each year group if you want to see progression of skills. Mark Schemes for 2015 Maths SATS for levels 3-5 and level 6

Simply enter the score for each child and word and the spreadsheet will analysis results in terms of words, PPG/non-PPG, SEN/non-SEN and Gender. All sheets fit onto A4 for ease of printing - 2 files - 30 or 60 children. Great for prediction of results, SEF or school improvement. Simply add a '1' for a correct answer and a '0' if wrong or not attempted

For writing the following codes are accepted - GD, EXS, WTS, PKG, PKE, PKF, BLW, P8, P7, P6, P5, P4, P3ii, P3i, P2ii, P2i ,P1ii, P1i From here the spreadsheet does the rest Calculates the PAG for each child and from this, sets the targets in reading, writing and maths for each child, based on a R&W average and then a KS1 average - see attached DfE document for further guidance Once the KS2 data is added, the spreadsheet calculates each child’s progress and this is reflected in a green or red formatting for easy reference On the summary tab, progress scores are calculated for the whole cohort, boys, girls, disadvantaged and other, SEN support and no SEN. The percentage achieving the standard or higher for each of these groups as well as the percentages achieving RWM for each category. This is mirrored for the percentage of children achieving the higher standard in for each group and RWM. Finally, the average scaled scores are calculated for overall and each group. In addition, you can enter your 2017 data for easy comparison. Each sheet fits neatly onto an A4 sheet for use by governors, SLT or school ‘visitors’
